Can you store our CBCT scans off-site securely?
Yes. We provide encrypted, off-site and cloud storage sized for CBCT volumes, with immutable copies that ransomware cannot alter. Retrieval is fast enough for clinical use, and retention is configured to meet your obligations for radiographic records.
Our imaging PC is old and everyone is scared to touch it. Can you help?
This is one of the most common issues we see. Imaging capture PCs are often years out of date because the imaging bridge is delicate. We inventory and back them up first, harden and isolate them, keep them monitored, and then plan a safe upgrade with your imaging vendor so nothing breaks mid-clinic.
Do you understand DICOM and how it moves between systems?
Yes. We work with DICOM objects, PACS-style archiving and the imaging bridges that link capture software to your PMS, so images are stored, indexed and retrievable in a standards-based way rather than trapped on one machine.
