How long do we have to keep radiographs and NHS records?
Dental records and radiographs are subject to defined retention periods under NHS and information-governance guidance, which vary by record and patient type. We configure your storage and archiving so records and DPT/OPG images are retained for the required period and are securely retrievable throughout, and we can point you to the relevant guidance for your practice.
Is cloud storage of NHS patient data allowed?
