PSP Plate Scanner Support

Dedicated support for PSP (phosphor storage plate) scanners, the drivers, imaging bridges and workstations that turn a scanned plate into a diagnostic image in your PMS.

From plate to diagnostic image, reliably

Phosphor storage plate (PSP) scanners are a workhorse of dental radiography, but they are also a common point of failure. When a scanner stops talking to the practice software, or images stop appearing on the right patient, radiographs grind to a halt and clinics fall behind.

We specialise in keeping PSP scanners working: the correct drivers, the TWAIN/imaging bridge into your PMS, workstation configuration, and the calibration and maintenance routines that keep image quality diagnostic. We support the major plate systems and the software that sits behind them.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Our scanner keeps dropping offline after Windows updates. Can you stop that?

Yes. This is usually a driver or update-management issue. We pin known-good drivers, control how and when the capture PC updates, and monitor the scanner connection so we catch a drop before your nurse does.

Images are appearing on the wrong patient occasionally. Is that fixable?

That is a bridge/workflow problem and it is serious, so we treat it as a priority. We review the imaging-bridge configuration and capture workflow to make sure each scan is tied firmly to the correct patient record.
